Cloris Leachman was an American actress and comedienne whose career spanned more than seven decades has died. She won many accolades, including eight Primetime Emmy Awards from 22 nominations, making her the most nominated and, along with Julia Louis-Dreyfus, the most awarded actress in Emmy history.
Cloris was survived by her children: Dinah Englund, Morgan Englund, George Englund, Jr., Bryan Englund, Adam Englund and grandchild, Anabel Englund

On January 27, 2021, Leachman died in her sleep at her home in Encinitas, California, at the age of 94
Donnie Ryan of the medical examiner’s office in San Diego confirmed Leachman’s cause of death was a stroke with COVID-19 listed as another significant condition.
